The Amenity Resort Lipno fitness centre will surprise you in many ways, but the view over the Lipno reservoir is spectacular.

The 124 sqm centre has a cardio zone with top-of-the-line treadmills and stationary bikes.

If you are more into weight lifting, there is a gym with weights for basic exercises and 50 kg dumbbells.

There is also a set of top-of-the-line body building machines that you can use to work on all your muscles in isolation. Dominating the room is a multifunctional body building tower with six stations and up to 125 kg of weights.

The fitness also has a functional zone with a large amount of training equipment, such as kettle bells, over balls, gym balls, medicine balls and boxing bags. There is also a special rooms for TRX enthusiasts.
