Children can enjoy lots of fun on our outdoor playground with water cascade, trampolines and children’s corner. They can also take part in our children’s entertainment programmes.

Our leisure centre located just a few minutes’ walk from our resort is meant for anyone who loves sports, good food and rest. We have a wakeboard and water skiing course, aquatic attractions for children, game rental and bistro serving fish specialities and refreshing beverages.

Treetop Walkway

Visit the Treetop Walkway where views of the Lipno Reservoir, the wild Šumava Mountains and, if the weather is clear, the peaks of the Austrian Alps await you. The walkway has educational elements, an adrenaline section for children and the longest dry toboggan run in the Czech Republic. The walkway is open even in winter.

You can look forward to a good portion of fun and adrenaline in the forest near Černá v Pošumaví. Choose one of five routes. Some test your readiness, other require your muscles or head. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Flow Trail

Try out the new 5-km bike trail through the forest. It has been specialised designed for a safe mountain bike ride. Even small children can managed the descent without problems.

Do you enjoy cycling or in-line skating? The lakeside cycling and in-line trail leads from Lipno nad Vltavou to Frymburk on a perfect surface. The 19-km route copies the left bank of the Lipno Reservoir and affords beautiful views over the lake and a wide variety of ups and downs, turns, short uphill stretches and safe downhill stretches.

If you are longing for fun and adrenaline, then you must not miss the bobsleigh track at Lipno. It is 1 km long with 21 turns, 2 tunnels and 2 drops. You go down through a chute on special bobsleighs whose speed you can control with a lever.

Rožmberk Castle

Rožmberk Castle is one of the oldest castles in the Czech Republic. It was first mentioned in 1250. It was originally a complex of two castles. Today, only the stone warning tower known as Jakobínka survives. From the tower, you can enjoy views of the romantic countryside. The castle is open year-round.

An extensive exposition on the history of postal services in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia from 1526 to the present welcomes you on the grounds of a well-known Gothic monastery. The museum has the biggest collection of carriages and vehicles form the 19^th century, historical postal uniforms and much more.
